WELLINGTON VALUATIONS.

Wellington, Thursday. At the sitting of the Assessment Court today leave was given to appeal against the valuation of the Evans Estate, Lambton Quay, on the ground that a. court in fixing its value ought to be guided by the fact that land is being utilised 10 the best advantage.
