FEILDING SHOW.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS association.] Fellding, Wednesday, The second annual agricultural show was a great success, the attendance being over 6000. The weather was fine. The- entries for all classes showed an increase of 217, horses and sheep being the strongest feature. E. Short (Waituna) secured the gold medal for the champion Roniney ram and silver medal for Roinney owe, and the Hon. J. Bryce secured the points prize for fat sheep. The entry of cattle was small, and there was no entry of pedigree cattle. S. Standon (Aorangi) was the chief prize-winner. Pigs, bacon and porkers, were exceptionally good, and competition was Jceeu. Draughts, weight-carrying hacks, and harness horses were exceptionally fine classes. D. Bennett's Merrie Girl won the hunters' competition. The show was opened by the Governor.
