WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT
THE PRIME MINISTER'S PLEDGE.

Sir Alfred Thomas, M.P., speaking at Aberayron, in Cardiganshire, yesterday, said he had received from the Prime Minister a pledge that a Bill providing- for disestablishment of the Anglican Church in Wales shall be introduced not later than the third session of the present Parliament.
