ZION CITY.
THE " PROPHET'S" SUCCESSOR
SELECTED.
[BY TELEGRAPH.OWN* correspondent.]
Dunedin, Wednesday. A cable message has been received in Melbourne from the Rev. A. J. Dowie, of Zoin City, recalling to America the Rev. Wilbur Glen Voliva, 8.A., 8.D., who has been for four years in charge of Zion in Australia, and appointing him deputy-general overseer of the entire Zion organisation, which includes the rulership of Zion City. Mr. Dowie was recently reported to have been stricken with paralysis on his way to Mexico, whither he had gone to establish a new colony, and Mi'. Voliva's appointment virtually means that he has been selected as the "prophet's" successor. Mr. Voliva will be succeeded in Australia by the Rev. J. S. McCullagh, of Auckland.
