BIRTH, DEATH, AND MARRIAGE RATES.
FLUCTUATIONS FOR TEN YEARS. The Registrar-General, in his recent return dealing with the population of the colony, states that the fluctuations of the birth, death, and marriage rates for the last 10 years, per 1000 of population, are as under:
