Charles Stuart covered ten furlongs in 2ni. 21s. Maniapcto beat Thackeray over a mile in lm. 50s. Lord Fitzroy and .Targoon ran six furlongs in lm. 21s. Emir beat Canteen over eleven furlongs in 2m. 335. Roller ran a milo in lm. 525. Blue Spec and Billingsgate were associated over a mile on the tan, which was finished in lm. 545.
In the cup betting Blue Speo has been hacked to win £4000, and he is now at 16 to 1. ManiapotO is in demand at 10 to 1. Tartan ami Warroo arc equal favourites at '6 to 1. Emir is at 12 to 1; Torah, Marvel Loch, Gladsome, and Scot I, 'rce at 14- to 1.
