ALGERIAN CHIEF'S CASE. PEREMPTORY DEMAND FOR RELEASE TO BE MADE. By Telegraph Press Association.— Copyright. (Received August 25, 0.40 p.m.) Paris, August 25. The Cabinet has unanimously approved of M. Rouvier's instructions toj M. Taillandier (French Minister at Fez) to demand the immediate release of the Algerian chief who was arrested recently and taken to Fez in chains. In the event of the Sultan's refusal to release the chief, the French Legation will be withdrawn from Morocco, and naval and military demonstrations will be made.
