[m TELEGBAriI— OWN CORRESPONDENT.]
Waihi, Saturday. A ooirrLE of trap accidents occurred last evening. The first happened to Mr. A. Titlay, of Paeroa, who was driving in the eastern end of the- town. The road was very rough, and one of the wheels of the sulky passed over a hillock, and caused the trap to capsize. Air. Titley was thrown out heavily on to the road, but fortunately escaped unhurt, though he received a severe shaking. Another accident occurred on the main mail between Owharoa and Waikino, one of Cartwright's waggons with four horses attached, being precipitated over tie: embankment running parallel with the river. The horses were uninjured, and beyond an odd 1 breakage or two, there was no damage to the vehicle.
