[BY TELEGRAPH.— PBESB ASBOCIAOTON.] Wellington, Wednesday. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Dairy Union was held at Woodville to-day. About 70 shareholders were present. The balance-sheet, and report were adopted. The number of directors was increased to seven.' Messrs. Moss, Raynei, ■• Voss, and Maule were elected. Considerable discussion took place on the management ..of the union, several shareholders expressing dissatisfaction. If was decided to present the original directors with a memento of their connection with the union.
