[BY telegraph, —press ASSOCIATION.] y Timaot, Tuesday. \ The Premier arrived from the South. today, and goes to Fa-irlie to-morrow, inspecting the Chamberlain and Albury settlements on his way. He remains at Fairlie all night and next day goes to Geraldine. On Friday he. will be at Temuka, where, it is understood, he gives an address in the evening. Dcnedin, Tuesday. At a conference to-day between the Premier and the trustees of the Olutha floods relief fund a decision was com© to to divide the balance of the fund, about £300, between the widow whose case was mentioned last session and the Veterans' Homo fund.
