[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] " Wellington, Tuesday. Captain Bollons, of the s.s. Hinemoa, and Captain Haultain, of Auckland, have been appointed a commission to report upon the question of restricted limits for certain steamers for various ports in the colony, in view of the Royal assent being given to the Shipping and Seamen Act of last session.
