BOWLING.

The following games were played on Saturday last on the Mount Eden green, the scores being as under: —

No. 1 Rink: Rendell, Seabrook (-kip), 20, v. Gorman, Mitford (skip). 15.

No. 2 Rink: Stewart, "Brookes (skip), 13, v. Baker. Brimblecombe (skip), 7. No. 3 Rink: Newel).. McGregor (skin), 12, v. Quinn, Coutts (skip), 17. No. 4- Rink: Final Club Fairs— Worsley and W. Ferguson (skip), 23, v. Murdoch and H. O. Brown (skip), 18. Afternoon tea was kindly provided and dispensed by Mesdames Brimblecombe and Brown. The club will close the season on Saturday next, the 31st inst., when a large muster of members and friends if expected. * PING-PONG. At the Federal Clubroom*, Wellesleystreet West, this eveniug, an open ping-pong tournament will take place. Sixty-four entries (including all the local champions) have been received, the Managing Committee of the tournament have the arrangements well in hand, and everything points to it being a great success. .There will be ample seating accommodation, and special provision will be made for ladies. Those who are interested ii; this popular indoor pastime should not miss the opportunity of witnessing the tournament. Flay will be commenced at half-past seven p.m.
