TEACHERS' COURT OF APPEAL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—rRESS ASSOCIATION.] Ha.wf.ra, Tuesday. AT Normauby last evening, at a lively meeting of householders, the matter of the recent dismissal and reinstatement of the headmaster was brought up by a reference in. the annual report, which asserted that the decision of the Teachers' Court of Appeal was not satisfactory to the Education Board, the committee, or the teacher. Later, Mr. Clarkson wait asked to produce, the inspector's report for last year, but he declined to do so. The meeting passed a. resolution condemning the decision of the Court of Appeal to reinstate Mr. Clarkson, and endorsing the action of the Education Board.
