[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Friday. Thk Arbitration Court to-day delivered judgment in the Dannevirke case, William Henry Smith v. John Clark, claim for compensation. Smith took a contract to fell bush for Clark, and during the period he was so working he met with an accident, for which he claimed half-pay for 18 weeks for total disablement, and 151*00 for disablement. The Court decided that claimant was not a workman within the meaning of the Act, and disallowed his claim, awarding costs to the respondent.
