[RT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION-.] Christchurch, Friday. In the Supreme Court yesterday Thuddeiis Julian made application for leave to register under the Medical Practitioners Act, New Zealand, his qualification being a Bennett College of Eclectic Medicine diploma, which was objected to. The evidence was concluded, and legal' argument was adjourned till to-day, when the application was adjourned sine die. Mr. Justice Denniston decided to hear evidence against the application, and not deal with the point at j,sent as to whether there was a-prima facie case to answer.
