RAILWAY APPEAL CASE.
[BY TELEGRAPH. correspondent.] Wjianoarei, Friday. The Railway Appeal Board sat here yeaterdav for the first time, Mr. Eyre Kenny in the chair, to hear an appeal by Campbell, engine-driver, against dismissal for alleged insubordination. The case against Campbell was conducted by Mr. Beattie, locomotive superintendent. The decision was reserved.
