The Arbitration Court, under the presidency , of Judge Cooper, visited Te Aroha to-day for the purpose of adjudicating on the case, McKenzie versus the King. • The claim was for £210, under the Workers' Compensation Act, for injuries received .at the railway works at Karangahake. Notice was received from the claimant's solicitor, Mr. Moss, of Paeroa. asking for the claim to be withdrawn. The case was, therefore, withdrawn. The Court leaves to-morrow fox Paeroa to consider the application of the Waihi Company for an interpretation of the late mining award, and amendment of the same. ~ ' , t
