FAILURE IN GERMANY.
CHARGE OF FRAUD. - AN ABSCONDING DIRECTOR. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Berlin, July 24. Tje Gerard Terlingen metal works, at Oberhausen, which employed 3000 hands, have suspended work. The liabilities are stated at ten million marks (£500,000). The managing director, who is accused of fraud in connection, with the company's insolvency, has, absconded.
