THE PAKURANGA HOUNDS.
Thk Pakuransra. Hunt Club met yesterday at noon at St. John's College, East Tamalci. There was a fair attendance, and the cover in the adjacent paddocks was worked. The bares absolutely declined the invitation to leave their haunts, and only two were put up, which were both run to earth after mild runs over timber and stone-wall country. The. huntsman made a move to Meadowbank, later in the day, but without results. Amongst the followers were- Mesdames Crowe and Kelly, Misses Taylor, R ; Buekland, Olive Buokiand, Roberts, X. Gorric, G. Gorrie, E. Rae. Abbott, Messrs. Selbv (2), Crowe, O'R-orke, H. Tonka. Lewis. Rte, Goldsbro". The following were driving:—Mesdamcs Ralph and party, Tonks and party, Scott and party.
