FIRE AT HOKIANGA.

A four-roomed house, owned by Mr. T. L. Millar, and situated on the farm a mile and a-half up the river from Raweno, was burned down on the 10th instant about half-past eight p.m. Mr. Millar had a stock of valuable tools and farming implements in tho house and the adjoining shed destroyed, All Mr. Aliok Beazley's goods (Mr. Millar's manager) were also burned. His loss will be about £20. Mr. Millar's loss Is estimated at £100.
