If they made the fee halt that amount I am certain not less than four times the jber of licenses would be taken out, and at the same time the number of abootists would not be numerically in* creased. The majority of them aboot without a license. With regard to the £5 charged for selling I think that is little enough, and one selling sportsman does more damage than twenty others,who shoot for pleasure.I am, etc., Sportsman,
