Aran consideration of Lady Stout's protest, the National (Jotiiioil of the Women of New Zoaland unanimously passed the following resolutions : —" 1. We, the representative delegates of the National Council of the Women of New Zealand in Council assembled, endorse the action taken by the Executive officers with regard to the change of the placo of meeting. 2, Wo fool it necessary to refute (he charges made in Lady Stout's protest against the President, secretary, and treasurer, believing that in no wise havo they failed in or excooded their duty during the past year."
