FARANDI'S CAREER. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. London, April 23. The Anarchist delegates at the Hague elected Farandi to control operations in England. He was associated with Bourdin (who was killed near Greenwich), and with the Autonomic Club. Farandi has confessed that he intended to murder Inspector Melville, who is responsible for tracking the anarchists. Farandi also confesses he intended to cause an explosion in the Stock Exchange in order to kill capitalists. Brussels, April 23. A bomb has been found in the theatre at Liege. The fuse had burned down to within an inch of the charge when a fireman extinguished it.
