SENSATIONAL DECREE.
MARRIAGE OF FRENCH DIPLOMATISTS. SECRETS DISCLOSED BY WIVES. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Paris, April 23. Some sensation has been caused by the President issuing a decree forbidding officials in the diplomatic service to marry without obtaining the assent of the authorities. The Premier states this step is rendered necessary on account of German Jewesses married to diplomatists disclosing French secrets.
