In another column Professor Pannell announces his intention of re-assembling his classes for .tuition in swimming to-day (Tuesday), January 9. In view of the frequent bathing and boating accidents that nave taken place within the last few years, the importance of gaining some knowledge of the useful art of natation (whether gathered froc< the tuition of an expert or by self-instruc-tion), can hardly be too strongly insisted upon. For this purpose no better facilities are < obtainable than at the : Albert-street Baths. Professor Pannall announces that he will give a rfee exhibition of his prowess in the water to ladies, at half-past ten a.m., and to gentlemen at live p.m. As the exhibitions are without charge, there ought to be good attendances. , , ;
