(cttiirman), and Major Donald and Captair Outfit lis (members of the Council of the Jew Zealand Rifle Association), are in Wellington, and will interview the Governtr. Nt to-morrow afternoon regarding assistance to bo granted to the Association in establishing a permanent range in the vicinity pf Wellington for holding the annual oinpetitions of the Association. The local liembers of Parliament accompany the deputation. On Friday an inspection will bunute of tho several .available sites in tl\j vicinity of the Dpi Hutt, and it is understood that one of these will be accepted. 1
