THE PARNELL LETTERS.
ANOTHER ACTION AGAINST THE TIMES. [PRESS association.] London, October 9. Me. Henry Campbell, M.P. for Fermanagh South, has commenced an action for libel against the Times, that paper having alleged he was the writer of the Parnell letters in his capacity as secretary.
