THE EMIN BEY RELIEF EXPEDITION.
[press association.] Berlin, October 4. It is reported that Prince Bismarck has ordered the expedition to be abandoned which it was proposed to send to the relief of Emm Bey by way of the east coast of Africa. The reason assigned for this course is fear of a general rising of natives.
