SUPERIOR DAIRY BUTTER.
TO THE EDITOR.
Sir,—Your letters on the dairy question are highly interesting to the many excellent buttermaKers in the neighbourhood" of Auckland, as it has long been felt an injustice that for their first-rate butter they should only receive just the same price as the owners of that "fearful stuff," so aptly described by "A Grumbler." It is quite wrong the public should pay such high prices for inferior dairy' butter.— am, &c., Fair Play. August 24, 1888.
