Messrs, Pvke, Valentine, McGregor, Taylor, members of the House of Representatives, and several members of the Upper Chamber, have arrived here from the South. Sir G. Whitmoro will resume his seat in the Legislative Council. THE ADDRESS-IN-REPLY. It is generally believed hero that Mr. Withy, member for Newton, and Mr. Allen, •member for Dunedin East, will move and second the Address-in-Reply to tho Governor's Speech at tho opening of Parliament. CABINET COUNCIL. Ministers sit in Cabinet during the forenoon and afternoon of each day.
