RUSSIA'S ATTITUDE.
[press association.] St. Petersburg, April 18. < The Moscow Gazette says that it will greatly interest Russia to know that France is in a strong position, no matter through whom that strength may come. April 19. The Russian Press has been enjoined, under pain of severe punishment, not to publish a word in disparagement of Prince William.
There is a great separatist movement afoot in the Caucasian provinces, headed by the aristocrats of Georgia. Numerous arrests have been made.
