THE DYING KAISER.
BLOOD POISONING. THE WORST CONSIDERED IMMINENT. ANOTHER OPERATION. [press association.] London, April 17. It is officially stated that the fever in the German Emperor is abating, and that the danger of pneumonia is lessening. His general condition is satisfactory. Berlin, April 18. The Emperor is worse. Blood poisoning is feared. Later.' The Emperor appeared at the windows of his palace three times during the day, and received a great ovation from the crowds assembled below. Blood poisoning set in this evening, and the worst is considered imminent. It has been found necessary to insert a larger canula in the Emperor's throat to facilitate breathing. The operation was successfully performed.
