London, April 3. The Depretis' Cabinet has been remodelled as follows : —Count Robilant resigns the appointment of Minister of Foreign Affairs, which office will be held by Signor Depretis. Signor Crispi will succeed Signor Depretis as Minister of the Interior. Signor Zanarduli has been appointed Minister of Justice, and Signor Vale Minister of War.
DEATH OF BARON HINDLIP. London, April 4. The death is announced of Baron Hindlip, in the 77th year of his age.
LONDON COMMERCIAL NEWS. [PHESS ASSOCIATION.] London, April 3, The wheat market has a weaker tendency. Australian cargoes on the spot are 6d below last quotations. The Continental market is inactive. In London 34s 6d is offered for cargoes for prompt shipment.
At the wool sales 105,000 bales were catalogued, of which 7000 were withdrawn. The French demand is increasing, and the German demand is reserved, and American nominal. Last week's improvement in price haa been sustained,
