The reef on Dixoii'a lower level was agaiu shot down, and a few pounds of picked stone were obtained from ths quartz broken out. Tljo indications on this level continue to improve, and there can now be very little doubt that a few feet further ahead the run of gold will be again p'.ckel up. Moanataiari. —This mine will be closed up for three days, to allow the employees to have a holiday. The rock-drill, however, wi 1 brt kept at work. The battery will receive a thorough overhaul.
