ANOTHER BURGLARY.
• Some time between Friday night and Saturday morning an entry was effected to Kummer and Co.'s store, Fort-street. It was discovered on Saturday morning that a case of tobaeco, weighing 1401b5., had been abstracted during the night, an entry having been effected by knocking off the lock of the front entrance. The police were at once communicated with, but up to the present no trace of the thieves has been discovered. Not quite a month has elapsed since a similar entry was effected iuto the same store, and a box of tobacco, weighing 1401b5., was then taken. No trace of the thieves could then be discovered, although it was shrewdly suspected that the tobacco had been taken away by boat. The present case is in the hands of the detectives, who, we tru3e, will be successful in bringing the guilty parties to justice.
