VOLUNTEER INTELLIGENCE.
The usual weekly parade of the members of the Hobson Company was held last evening, in the Hall of the Catholic Institute, Wel-lington-street. About ten file were present, ami acquitted themselves in tlic creditable manner always known as a characteristic of this company. After parade, the company proceeded to the election of non-commis-sioned officers :—ilr. Finlay was elected sergeant; -.;r. Duggan, lance-sergeant; Mr. Little, corporal; anil Messrs. Geary and O'Brien, lnnec-corporata. Captain Burns then acquainted the company that the lirst stage of the class-firing would commence on Thursday next, at the rifle-range, at eight o'clock in the morning. The Scottish Company of Riflemen also assembled in the drill-shed for their customary weekly drill last evening, which they went through in their usual efficient manner.
