Vagrancy.—John Stewart plt-a-led guilty to a charge ot* indecent exposure in a public thoroughfare on Thursday afternoon, and was sentenced to be imprisoned three mouths with hard labor.—David Kelly, charged with a similar offence, was, on the evidence of Sergeant McCafl'ertv, proved to have been guilty, and was sentenced to a similar penalty.— The Court then rose.
