The system is known as the double insulation system, and is so constructed that no insulation depends on any one insulator. The rails are of substantial construction and of 951bs per yard section, and are staved together every 10 feet, and are laid on a six-inch, bed of concrete. All the rails are to be doubly bonded, and the two tracks where they run side by side will be cross bonded at convenient intervals. The overhead line is put up in halfmile sections, and arrangements will be made to fuse and break these sections, and so isolate any one section at any moment.
