Constable Ryan was presented in the Town Hall to-day wi'h the Royal Humane Society's silver medal and oer'ificate, for saving the life of Inspeator Pardy list June. The presentation wa* made by Mrs Samuel, the address being delivered by Mr S^munl, M.H.R His Worship, tha Mayor, the councillors, and a large number of ciizjns were present to take part in ihe procoedings.
