EDUCATION GRANTS for MO TUEKA.

of land in Motueka are set apart in trust for the maintenance and support of the said school so long as religious education, industrial training, and instruction in the English language shall be given to the youth educated therein or maintained thereat. The Grant dated August 4, 1853, sets forth that, whereas a school is about to be established at Motueka, under the superintendence of the Bishop of New Zealand, &<?., &c, certain parcels of land are set apart in the neighbourhood of Motueka for that purpose, so long as religious education, industrial training, and instruction in the English language, shall be given to the youth educated therein or maintained thereat. The gross quantity of this land so get apart somewhat exceeds 1,100 acres.
