LORD KEMSLEY’S SCHOLARSHIP FUND As a contribution to Empire unity and understanding Lord Kemsley. proprietor of the “Sunday Empire News,” has established a fund to enable young Dominion journalists to travel and work in Britain. One journalist will be. chosen from each Dominion every year and given a post in one of the offices of the Kemsley group of newspapers during his twelve months' stay in Britain. All expenses, including travel fares and salaries, will be met out of the fund. Candidates will be selected in consultation with the High Commissioners in London and newspaper bodies in the Dominions. Women journalists will have equal opportunities with men to benefit under the scheme.
