SEQUEL TO FATALITY Palmerston North, April 8. Charged with failing to report am accident in which his car was involved and failing to • render assistance to an injured person, Henry Alfred Donovan, farmer, Rongotea, was committed by Messrs. J. T. Bos worth and W. G. Ashworth, J.P.’s in the Palmerston North Magistrate’s Court to the Supreme Court for trial. The case followed the discovery of William Charles Watkins, carpenter, of Rongotea, on the roadside in Tompkin’s Line, with serious injuries, from which he died while being conveyed to hospital.
