NEW CONCILIATION COMMISSIONER
Wellington. This The appointment of Mr A. B. Rrgg as Conciliation to replace Mr M. J. Reardon, who retired from the position in December last, was announced yesterday by the Minister of Labour, the Hon» P. Webb. Mr Rigg has been associated wiiJi the Department of Labour for ‘J7 yearts and has had extensive train* ing in industrial matters. For many years he has been principally engaged on the registration of industrial unions, which has brought him in. contact with industrial organisations throughout the Dominion.
