REPORT OF AXIS INTENTION RED CROSS SERVICES INCLUDED London, Oct. 22. Vichy radio, quoting a dispatch from Stockholm, said Axis Powers intend to denounce the Geneva Convention of 1864, including the provisions regarding Red Cross services and the provisions for the treatment of war prisoners. —P.A.
