(-•• unted for after Ihe fire last Wed- | nesday. He had been working upi stairs in the joinery department. As soon ns the heal of the debris ! I 'ad subsided sufficiently for searchers to enter, they had little difficulty in i lii ding the remains, as they knew in 1 what part of the premises the missing man had been working and thenexpectations as to the location proved correct. No person other than Mr Wells was missing and the police, therefore, felt I ate in assuming that th ' problem was I solved.—P.A —
