ARMY EXERCISES
CO-OPERATION* OF TANKS AND INFANTRY Auckland. April 28 Under the direction of Army Head marten*. Brigadier Barrowelough. C’-5.0.. M.C.. who recently returned to Xew Zealand on special duties, is con ducting military exercises which arc designed to practise Ihe co-operation of : iantry forces and tanks. The exercises are being held in the nithein Military District in the vicin--v of Auckland and are being attend'd by senior officers from all parts oi \cw Zealand. The exercises began last Saturday u'd will continue till Bth May.
