TO STUDY BRITISH METHODS i Rec. 10.48 a.m.) London, Oct. 24. Six Portuguese artillery officers arc now in Britain to study the training of the British Army and to visit British war factories. They will see the Royal Arsenal at Woolwich and be attached for several days in each case to antiaircraft batteries and the A.A. corps school.—U.P.A.
