The Navy Department officially ar nounced that the two heavy cruiser Northampton and Salt Lake City, wit Rear-Admiral Taffinder commanding th detachment, while on a training cruis called at. Brisbane to refuel and ft several days’ recreation by the per sonnei of the ship's companies.
