REPORTS OF PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL London, Aug. 3. The news suggests that the Germans are withdrawing some of their officials, | from Jraru concerning which reference ' has been made because of the activity of German “tourists.” A Reuter report from Cairo says : j that the German military attache in | Teheran, the capital of Iran, and two; I Nazi Foreign Office officials have ( reached Ankara, presumably on their j way back to Germany.
