NEAR PORTUGUESE FRONTIER Moscow, Aug. 3. The Geneva correspondent of the Soviet news agency suggests that Hitler i; assembling troops on the Spanish border of occupied France for an attack against Portufal. He says that several panzer divisions fire stationed between Bordeaux and Bayonne, and that large units of Spanish troops are being dispatched to the Portuguese frontier. iA correspondent of "The Times” on the Spanish frontier last week stated that news of troops movements in occupied France suggested the possibility of an early German diversion ; against Portugal.!
